YOGA FOR PREGNANCY

Motherhood - A time of Inclusion!

This workshop offers practices that support throughout the pregnancy through various movements, breathing exercise, meditations & chanting. These practices will help alleviate the physical burden during pregnancy as well as prepare for labor. The meditations & chanting will help cultivate an atmosphere of love and inclusion.

YOGASANAS

ANGAMARDANA

Angamardana, a fitness system rooted in yoga, offers everyone the opportunity to invigorate the body and reach peak physical and mental health.

Angamardana needs no fitness equipment. It uses only the body and can be practiced anywhere, even during travel.
